I have never had a bad experience here. Everyone is so good at what they do! Catherine is very kind and I always enjoy getting my pedicures done by her :)

Went for a pedi, left, and went back in to request my polish being taken off since it never seemed to dry (even after waiting over 20 minutes under the dryer). Polish was all over my skin, and I just felt disappointed overall. I was trying to have a memorable experience with my sister while visiting but it didnt turn out well. She offered a $10 discount after removing the polish. Unprofessional and dont recommend. I would also like to add that after seeing the response to my review, It was never suggested that I should get gel. If regular polish doesnt dry, then why offer it. Also, if you see its all over someones skin, and once you put oil on after the dryer and see the result, it should have been fixed then. I have never not been able to put my shoes back on after receiving a pedicure. I tried to bite my tongue I guess everyone get gel and pay for it, and hope it ends up on your nails.
