First time coming here, and I was not impressed at all...ordered food that was supposed to be cooked on the grill they didn't even mention how long it would take...15 mins later for my chicken bacon ranch sandwich... also thought I was going to get to say what I wanted on it but apparently not...I wasn't asked like everyone else there if I wanted the jersey mikes way or not... plus I have an intolerance to tomatoes so I was going to ask for none but again they made my sandwich and then called my name... not happy

This is one of the BEST run Jersey Mikes that I have been to! They are always friendly, quick, and consistent. They are professional and it is always clean. The workers all have a positive attitude so much that if I lived in Billings I would want to work there. I cannot say enough good things about this establishment!

Ordered online came to pick up at time it was spose to be ready they hadn't even started my order yet. I get its gluten free but my place in line shouldn't get pushed back because of the way its prepared. I even tipped I definitely won't so that again I will have had to wait over 30 minutes for a sandwich.

So the food was good and fresh and hot, but 47 minutes total and not what we even ordered. Dont attempt to call in a order here.
