The staff, the facility and the environment here at the Pure Infusion Suites of Billings is truly the best . I would highly recommend.

The staff at Pure Infusion Suites is very professional and knowledgeable about the medication you are receiving. They are also very friendly and welcoming. They do their best to make you feel at home from the comfortable furniture to the fully stocked kitchen, it truly feels like they care. The infusion experience is 10/10 at pure Infusion Suites.

The staff at Pure are professional, knowledgeable and polite. I don't like needles, and Dena did such an wonderful job, I didn't even feel it. The facility is clean and amazing. There is a patient kitchen filled with snacks. The rooms are private and the chairs are comfortable. From the front desk gal Kari to the MAC RN Amber, this place, is the best place to get infusions.

Infusion can be anxiety ridden enough, the professionalism and kindness I receive each time I go from everyone is top notch. I've needed care for nearly 30 years for my condition and I can honestly say that both Leah and Heather are two of the best nurses I've ever had. Thank you both for all that you do. They ensure you have everything you need. I once forgot my blanket and they had one for me. If you need any snack or beverage under the sun, they have you, WIFI in a private room if you have to bring work with you and an overall calming environment. The atmosphere literally feels like being in a spa and everyone on staff that you will interact with here truly shows that they care.
