We have had the pleasure of working with MHS on two of our remodeling projects. Rich and his team are professional, responsive and timely. The team works hard to stick to the calendar they provide at the beginning of the project, always informing us of any change to the schedule.We appreciate the care they take of our home, leaving the work area clean each day when they are finished .

MHS completed a patio project for me creating a large cover area , and an outdoor kitchen space. Rich and his people are amazing!! He consistently went above and beyond during and after the construction process. The work they did looks amazing and has added to my familys enjoyment of our outdoor space. During our construction process his crew was respectful and polite. They were timely with their work completing the project on their projected timeline. They communicated clearly when any delays or issues arose. During our planning session Rich was perfect to work with he made recommendations based on previous experiences but was never pushy or trying to up-sell thing that did not want. Im still grateful every fall morning and evening that he recommended radiant heaters it has made our space truest a year round use area.
Finally, during and after construction we had two unrelated issues arise. A septic system pump failure and a roof. Rich and his people helped with both. His crew noticed that not only was the septic failing but that the backup alarm was not triggering. They recommended a company to contact who was able to get out to me, pump the tank, and replace the faulty pump and alarm. No major damage because of their attentiveness. The roof leak occurred after the project finished away from the area they were working on. I called Rich, who certainly did need to do anything, and he came out to the house. He helped me identify the leak, patch up the area and helped get a person out quickly who could do a permanent repair.
Rich and his whole crew are truly amazing. They earned my business for life and I could not recommend them highly enough for future projects. Services: Home addition construction, Patio construction
