Make sure you read every piece of paper they give you before you sign it. They will lie and manipulate the truth every chance they get to make a sale work. If you don't know your way around a dealership avoid them at all costs, because they will take advantage of you.

Lets be clear, once this review was published the salesman worked very hard to make things right. What a disgusting experience. We came there very upfront letting people know why we were there and what we were looking for. Sat down discussing financing which was disgusting in and of itself. My husband and I have 800+ credit for over 10 years and they wanted to give 5.75%!!!! Terrible!! They gave us a monthly breakdown; my husband is an accountant and had done the numbers ahead of time. The high estimate, the low, different down payments etcetera. The quote from Kia was so off, we immediately knew something was wrong. Kia tried to tack on 10000$ extra dollars!!! It was shocking to see their face, they thought that was acceptable. LITERALLY tried to sneak in an extra 10,000$!!!!! How disgusting!! What kind of business practice is this?!!! What a sad, sad company. I really like the vehicle, but I will never ever ever, ever, purchase a vehicle from Kia here in town. Never!! DONT BUY FROM KIA!!!! You are so welcome for my service and sacrifice to protect your freedom so you can screw the people making you rich. DISGUSTING. I will share the with as many people as I can find. In and out of the state. Sad
