        Tish is very focused on symptom management, and not diagnosing the underlying condition. Tish blindly refers you to specialists that she never communicates with. Isnt your job as a primary care provider to manage a patients treatment? The farthest she goes with one of her referrals is to look at the notes the Dr leaves. Tish makes Zero effort to follow up with the specialists she sends you to. How is anyone supposed to get quality care if every Dr just looks at symptoms that fit their extremely narrow specialty and not the whole picture??
