TDS Fiber

Definitely wanted to get TDS for my first chance at Fiber. I do cybersecurity and network engineering. I also consume a lot of bandwidth. But after reading some of these reviews. Might stay with Spectrum. Makes me a little nervous. Don't need an unreliable company. Maybe management needs to consider a rehaul.

I was on hold for 40 minutes for a simple question about unexpected charges on my bill and no one picked up. I'll try again and see how long it takes. I drove to the store which is temporarily closed. This is starting to feel like a scam rather than a legitimate business. They said the hook up will be next month but I just saw a review that says their service is down for 2 days and that isn't acceptable. I really was looking forward to someone who could provide a better product and service than Spectrum. At this point I'm going to cancel before the hook up because I think this going to be a run around topped of with them trying to rip me off.

Great speed however our internet has been down for 2 days and there is no way to contact TDS about the problem, while spectrum would only have about 1-2 hours of downtime. Pretty dumb

3 MONTHS FREE IS A SCAM!!! They charge you from day one. They dont send a bill for it. They wait until the three month mark to send you the first bill with late fees charged. The installers that showed up to my house said no charges until the 3 month trail is finished. They have great internet but this her makes me question their company standards.

Little to no respect for people's property while installing services. Tore up several sections of sidewalk in our neighborhood for junction boxes. "Repaired" sidewalks with asphalt patch. It's uneven and looks bad, it will be dirt after a couple of winters.
