Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Billings

This is the third Marriott hotel I have stayed at. I thought the last two were bad but this one.The coffee maker didnt work. There was no desk lamp. I went to the desk to ask about a lamp so I could get some work done and the girl said it had gotten broken and they ordered another. So, good customer service, she would have found one in another room. Nope, didnt even offer. The carpet had not been vacuumed, I saw an old coffee cup under the chair and toe nail clippings on the floor. The table next to the bed was dirty with caked on who knows what.

Fairfields are by far the most inconsistent brand across Bonvoy. I've stayed at only one worse Fairfield than this place, and I've stayed in at least 15. Needs serious attention. I'm convinced it was a rundown super8 that got a Marriott logo thrown on it. Pay the extra money to go around the corner to the springhill.

Fairfield Inn is consistent across the country. Clean rooms, comfortable beds (no bedbugs), soft pillows. The only concern we had was the breakfast that was offered. Our family members have a severe allergy to poultry. The sausages were turkey. Thankfully, there were labels. Because of cross-contamination concerns, we did not partake of the offerings. Otherwise, our stay was very comfortable.
