Johnstone Supply

Im about to build a fabrication facility next spring and I will be needing roughly $300,000 worth of electrical materials to build it. In a jam I recently shopped at the Johnstone supply in Missoula, Montana to buy a start capacitor for a mid winter home water well emergency. I never used the capacitor but I did connect one tab to a tester to ensure functionality. I ended up replacing the entire control unit and didnt need the capacitor after all but the young gentleman at the counter decided to give me a hard time over the $10.20 refund I was due stating that he couldnt resell a used capacitor although he tested it himself to satisfaction. Since they had never informed me of any such return or exchange policy when I bought the component I guess its all on me? Wrong, your employees lack of of foresight and lousy customer service just lost Johnstone a $300,000 electrical supply contract. Id say this lands squarely in the fuck around and find out category.

The folks at Johnstone are always willing to help. They always take time to help each customer. I've bought hundreds of parts, never had an issue with any of them! I highly recommend them on if you have an account.
