I really like the plumber assigned to our project and he did a great job, but ended up taking a lot longer/much more expensive than anticipated. Also didnt appreciate the office ladys unprofessional attitude, rudeness, and lack of customer service.

We had a leaking hot water heater in an apartment.  Midland was there first thing in the morning and switched it out for us.  They worked with the tenant and made the process easy for all.  We have since had other repairs completed by Midland Mechanical.  They are now our first call for plumbing issues.

I called to ask for a service man to bleed the lines on my boiler heat system. 3 hours later at $100 an hour, the service man Bill is asking why do you have so much air in your lines? I still have the same issue. Service man left saying you do not want to pay me $100 to bleed your lines. My initial call to the company was to bleed the lines not to ask me why I have air in them. I will do it myself.

Don't use these guys very unprofessional. I called about replacing a hot water heater and we set up an appointment so I could show them what all i needed. The day before the schedule appointment they called and asked if they can schedule for a week later I said sure. The day before the rescheduled appointment they called again and said they couldn't make it and asked if they could reschedule again for the next day, ok. The next day comes and they never showed up or even a phone call. If they didn't want the job they could have just said no we don't want to do it they could at least have the professional courtesy to call. Service: Water heater repair
