Ben does excellent work. He is thorough, professional and knowledgeable. We had a beam installed in our basement and it was a seamless process. His team is polite and professional. I have absolutely no complaints with Ben and his team and would be happy to use Trailhead again

We used them to assist us with our kitchen/living space remodel. I would highly recommend their work for any installation of beams. We needed help taking out some walls to open up our kitchen and living spaces. They were able to make the beams serve their structural purposes, while also making them look appealing to our tastes, design wise. The beams look like they were meant to be. They also helped us align other tasks such as electrical, plumbing, Sheetrock, finishing etc, and we were very happy with the help that they contracted out. There were a few hiccups along the way, and areas where communication and attention to detail could have been greater, but they made sure to make things right and ensure that we were happy with the final product. They were also great about staying on budget and allowing us to do a lot of the work ourselves, and being flexible with us during the whole process. They were kind, and respectful in our home and we would be happy to have them back. Service: Remodeling

I called Ben for an estimate. He was very professional and detailed from the get go. Ben was well organized, and open for change through the entire project. The end result was more than we expected.
