Beyond impressed with Wes at Elite Garage Door Service and Repair! Our garage door suddenly wouldn't open, so I called several places around town, which were all booked out about a week. Luckily our cars were both out of the garage when it broke, but this was still really inconvenient and we wanted to get it fixed as soon as possible. Wes got back to me right away and had availability the next day. He correctly guessed what the problem was over the phone and showed up right on time the next day with the required part. For no extra cost, he also replaced some other hardware that had seen better days. Thank you Wes - you saved the day!
