      image I had a 7am appointment, I arrived at 6 am,,,, they gave me a door,, it's now 11am ,, started unloading but it seems they take a pallett once every half hour ,, it's now 1139 looks they are in and out much quicker all of a sudden.. maybe they are reading their reviews while I wait...hopefully that is the case...the craziest thing is trucks come and go around me but here I sit.. It wasn't a tipped load either.
      1148am now ,,, nobody on the trailer,,, probably went to lunch now. Im Outta here 1215... 5 1/4 hours.

      image Everything negative you've read is true. Checked in for my 7 am. appointment and got a door right away, which was great... but it's 1220, and I'm still here. Lumper fee of 510$ is unbelievable. These shippers need to stop using capstone logistics because they are garbage, and it's all a scam anyway. Point being it wasn't a good experience. Hopefully, I'll get to leave soon. Seeing as I got a text for lumper fee 30 minutes ago and still don't have paperwork. Hope others' experiences are better than mine. P.S. it would be nice if shippers could have actual bathrooms for drivers and not Porta Johns.
