Extended Stay America - Billings - West End

When I showed up the lobby had overflowing trash cans, the fro t desk had 3 giant trash bags just sitting there, the elevator was broken. The floors, entry ways and stairwells were covered in dried mud (it was not raining out this day). The room was run down and dirty. I pulled back the covers and my sheets looked creased and wrinkled like someone had slept there. I found hairs and lint on the pillows and counters(different lengths and colors....). Avoid staying here.

Room was clean and comfortable staff was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend for anyone traveling to Billings. Food & drinks: Restaurants or fast food places are close by.

I had made reservations online for a one-night stay at the Extend Stay America in Billings. On the day of check in, we went to check in and was told rudely, this Extended Stay does not rent rooms to Billings locals, while pointing to a hand made sign by the front desk. Which on their website does not state this policy. Spent 20 mins on hold to cancel my reservation as the front desk clerk rudely stated she is unable to. After the long hold on the phone, 5mins to my cutoff time for cancellation I was able to get the room cancelled. Will not recommend Extended Stay due to the no transparency of their policies of not renting to Billings locals and their rude staff. Worse Experience! Best Western across the street took good care of me and my husband and will continue to give Best Western our business.
