        This Penney's is like an outlet store. I always find things for an excellent price. The service is not so great since they have had to cut back so much on employees. There is usually only one or two cashiers.

        Horrible experience, the security and one employee where following me because I was wearing my coat, the old lady told me why I was wearing my coat, I was cold and snowing not very often in Billings Mt, lol. The security guy follow me to the bathroom to check on me, then he ask me why I use the bathroom I answered: because I need to? lol. Do yourself a favour if you are a brown person with a coat dont buy here they are racist. They will assume you are a shoplifter. Now I know why Jc Penney is closing more stores. I take my business elsewhere.
