Be prepared to have your appointment canceled. They call you the day before your appointment and give you a 4 hour window to call back and confirm, or theyll cancel it. Ive had this appointment for 6 months, but since I cant take a personal call during work its been canceled. I appreciate reminder phone calls, but I have never had to confirm an appointment at a medical office before
