First things first, I was a skeptic. Not of Dr. Mitchell or Billings Chiropractic Injury Clinic in particular, but of the efficacy of chiropractors in general. I grew up being told they weren't real doctors or they weren't effective. (This is also reinforced in popular culture - movies, tv shows, etc) I admit my bias wasn't from experience....I had never been to a chiropractor. In January of 2022, I was in an accident. I was tossed around pretty badly, and was in a lot of pain but I didn't want to take pain killers. I was desperate. A friend recommended Dr. Mitchell and his team. I thought it was worth a shot. If it doesn't work, oh well. The first visit was tough. Not only was I in pain, but I was uneasy about being there. I must have wore my feelings on the outside because the entire team took the time to walk me through the process. They explained what was happening and the various ways they could help. I was still skeptical, but pleasantly surprised at how friendly everyone was. The first visit helped a little. I don't know if I was expecting a light switch for the pain, but I remember leaving and thinking "this isn't going to help much." The second visit, a little more improvement. The day after the third visit, I felt great! My pain level was much less than after the accident! The relief mostly wore off by the end of the weekend, but I started to believe that maybe I didn't have to live in pain. I'm now 5 weeks or so into treatment. I am so happy to say that I feel so much better! The work they've done to help me get to this point has been nothing short of extraordinary. All of this improvement without pain killers! I have never been so happy to be proven wrong! If you are a skeptic as I was, or if you have had a bad experience with another provider, give the team at Billings Chiropractic Injury Clinic a try. In addition to being great at what they do, they work around your schedule and their prices are reasonable. I found relief from back, neck and headache pain, and so can you!

I'm very happy with my treatment. My pain is decreasing and I really like that they have massage and physical therapy in house. I'm very busy and they always work with my schedule. Very professional but the environment is relaxed.

Dr. Jeffrey Mitchell has lost us as clients. My daughter used to work for him and he does not know how to treat his employees. To have a successful business all employees need to be treated fairly and given the training that is needed to be successful. I would not recommend working for him. My daughter is capable of anything including a desk job!!!!! His loss and someone else's gain.

Very professional, friendly, and helpful. My husband and I are no longer in pain! Love shae and reception, shes the glue that holds it all together, Paul and his magic fingers is a great listener, kiera is always working her hardest with a smile, quick and just nice to talk to, steph, Sarah, toby and of course dr. Mitchell! Just plain good at what they do!
