This location is the absolute worst ever. I have never been treated so poorly from walking into the bank and asking a question to trying to go to the ATM before the second entrance, with their card reader not working and then having the security guard come to the door and say "they close at 5pm" after telling the guard that mthe card reader isn't working he turns and goes and gets a teller and she doesn't even interact with me rather she looks at you like you are dumb founded and the security guard then proceeds to say go to the drive up ATM. This is the second most worst bank next to Wells Fargo.

Just terrible. You can't access any cash from the teller. And they've had my check on hold with no option to remove it for 10 days. Not compassionate or empathetic and steals your money.

If I could give a zero star rating I would, I opened an account at this bank for personal use in august come October I deposited several deposits from my business bank account and mind you had done this numerous other times during the last few months, in October this bank decided to put 10 day holds on all my deposits even the bank to bank transfer I did to keep my credit card payments from being returned when I asked for a complete print out so I could seek attorney advise as this seemed against the law to charge nsf fees when my deposits had already cleared, their bank decided to close my account thank goodness for small favors! Dont bank at this two bit joke of a financial institution, they are not part of our wonderful state with excellent customer service at other banks, Mountain America credit union is amazing! I tried numerous times to get my money out of their bank and they refused to close my account and give me my money back so now with the 10 day hold on my deposits I have to wait another 10 days to get my money returned thru the mail. Sorry excuse for a bank use our banks that have been here for years instead you will be much happier
