Honestly, they have super crap customer service.  Bad enough that their credit card is done through a different company.  Different website.  Had problems logging in to pay for my credit card.  50$.  For 2 months back and forth on trying to get access.  I tried cancelling my card after.  They said it was cancelled.  It was connected to a savings with 500$. It wasn't cancelled and the fees kept going up. They took the 500 and then cancelled I was working 16 hour days 7 days a week.  Didn't have time to keep arguing.  It's in the contract, if you don't pay your credit, they take from savings.  I still have them cause I'm looking for a house and it looks bad if you have only had your bank for a couple of months.Their online portal is horrible.  Besides not being connected to the credit card portal, no faq, no re ordering a new card, etc.  Bill pay, deposit checks, and transaction history.

The drive through tellers are very friendly and professional this bank is way better than first interstate bank keep up the good work
