        This branch is apparently not on the same page as others. Drove ten hours to deal with an issue I was told had to be dealt with by all all parties, physically at a specific branch. Done with US Bank after 17 years.

        I was trying to open a checking account and scheduled 2 appointments to be safe for my son. They canceled the first appointment due to staffing issues and did the same thing for the 2nd appointment didnt offer to reschedule or other options just basically an "im sorry we are short staffed" stated they were closing a branch down. This is my local bank... this doesnt make me feel comfortable. Its irritating and im literally making time to be called last minute the same day. Very inconsiderate, so basically you cant even open account right now.
