I cannot say any enough about Brown's West. Lots of repairs this year on many of our vehicles. At anytime if something was not right after the work was done, they made things right. Also, they take the time to look into potential issue and provide honest feedback. Lastly, if you are a Costco member, you get a discount on parts and labor. Can't beat that with rising costs.

These people really came through for me in a pinch. 400 miles from home a day before holiday weekend and couldn't go anywhere without a replacement part. They got me in immediately, fixed it fast, and the bill was better than reasonable. Definitely did not charge extra for the rush job or out of towner surcharge. They appeared to be plenty busy so there's no doubt they went above and beyond to help me. Awesome service!!!
