      image Raffiani Law Firm Billings, Montana- Kadodie West was assigned to represent me as my public defender. I have made many attempts calling her at the law office and to her cellphone for months with NO reply. Not someone I would recommend. Perhaps because she has very little experience and is new to practicing law?
