        CAROL answered the phone when I called....Wow...rude as could be...understand someone having a bad day but if you hate your job that much ....Quit !!! She made my decision on placing my Mother there quite easy......"NO THANKS"!!! .

        My aunt has lived here for several months now and I am overall happy with the experience. While not the most in need of resident, the staff has nonetheless gone out of their way to accommodate her and visitors. Being close and easy to access is a definite plus. The area is quiet and clean which I believe has helped immensely with her transition in to assisted living. I foresee her staying for quite some time.

        I have worked at the Springs of Grand Park since before it was The Springs. The care and love each resident gets is unique to them, because no 2 are the same. Each day I walk into the building is like coming home. The staff and the residents are an extended part of my family. I"m very lucky to have found such an amazing place to call home and to work for.
