We Rent Billings

dont do it. not sure how there were so many 5 star ratings. the only way to hear back from kathy is to actually go into the office and speak to her. over the course of a year while i rented, i called, emailed, and texted kathys personal number and only heard back 4 times. shes nice but this company is a waste of money.

Kathy & Paul have been so helpful and great to work with over the years. I am now renting from them for the second time & am thrilled to be back in their care. Both times they've helped get me into a home fast and work with my crazy schedule. I can't recommend them enough.

This rental agency is exceptional. They were communicative, respectful, explained everything in a way that made sense. No confusion and No hassle. The rental was clean and very well kept. Professional just the way a rental agency should be.

Will charge exorbitant cleaning fees if you elect to let them finish up cleaning. I left the house pretty spotless and definitely better than normal wear and tear, as well as paying for the installation of an EV charger and arguably improving the property. They charged $340 to clean these agreed upon items: -drips on cabinets -wipe down shower door -dust windows and trim -clean bottom of oven This is on top of the $200 carpet cleaning that you have to pay for. That being said, they are a great landlord if you never want to be bothered because they wont do maintenance or ever respond to anything - as long as you dont follow up for weeks at a time. Im pretty sure that the entire company is run by a woman named Kathy that tries her best to work as little as possible. I definitely would not recommend this property manager for any owners - they are a recipe to get your property destroyed.
