When we first came to Montana 10 years ago, Bret represented us in buying a cabin in Bigfork, on the Swan River. A dream come true for me. When I moved to Bigfork Mt Bret Richmond was recommended to me by a trusted friend. Having bought and sold several houses with other realtors I wanted to work with someone who was very straight forward which he is. What I found especially refreshing about Bret was that he was not at all high pressure yet very attentive to my needs as a home buyer. He helped me buy a beautiful lake view property but like many rural properties in Montana, there were a lot of legal and property hoops to jump through as some of the properties up here have sketchy or incomplete background information. My property was no exception but Bret stuck with me all the way, acting as a detective to research the laws of Montana and making certain I had clear access and title. The purchase of my property required a lot of extra time on his part and I don't think another realtor would have bothered. I give him 2+ thumbs up!
