Tara is the absolute best of the best. She had a property listed that we knew would go immediately and we were out of state buyers. We called her and with the use of facetime, she put us at total ease with purchasing the property sight unseen in person. Her list of local contractors is extensive and were very helpful. Tara Harbin was an amazing broker in helping us through the process of searching and then finding our house. We lived out of state for almost a year before we moved to MT. Tara kept in touch and constantly sent us information on homes. Once we finally moved and rented a house in MT. She continued to look for houses and she set up walk-throughs! She was always available and sometimes worked into the evenings and on weekends! Once we finally found the house we wanted she help set-up the inspection and cleaning which really took the burden off of us! Her personality and kindness made buying a house so easy! We were actually sad when we closed on the house because we knew we werent going to see her as much! We plan to stop in from time to time just to say hello because we think of her as a friend first and realtor second! If you are looking for an amazing realtor to help you find a home!
