        Coolers have been down for almost two months. Owner must be making a nice profit off of his lack of a cooler bill. Get ignored half of the time I go in there. Im never stepping foot in this place again.

      Max I am very sorry to hear about you experience. You should not be ignored in our store. Customer service is supposed to be the focus of our employees. As for the beer cooler ... We called the service technician the day the cooler went down. They came the next day and we ordered the parts. The ETA is early next week. As far as profits go, it's hard to make a profit when the coolers are down which decreases sales and the repair bill is $18,000. Just for the beer cooler repair. With the margins week, try to keep so that we can better serve our community. This will take a long time to pay for itself. I appreciate your concern.
