The INN on Bigfork Bay

I booked a reservation here through an online travel site. Our plans changed and we could no longer make the trip. The travel site said that we could not cancel without being charged as this was the hotel's policy. I called the hotel, spoke with Kelly and without hesitation, she said "of course". She even contacted the travel site to let me know that they approved the cancellation. Going forward, I will not use the travel site but hope to have the opportunity to work with Kelly again.

We go to Bigfork every year as our Christmas trip but this is our first time staying here. This place is beautiful and in a great location to enjoy Bigfork. We stayed in the beautiful Geronimo room and enjoyed the big fire place, hot tub and the games. The kitchen and rest of the common areas were clean and modern.This place exceeded our expectations and we were so lucky to have Christy as our host. She made our stay so amazing and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and having a good time. We will back next year.

My mom was traveling to explore Montana by herself for her birthday. It was important for me to find her a place she would feel comfortable, enjoyable and clean. I called ahead and booked a room for her with Marc. He promised to show her the ropes and give her some recommendations. Did her ever surpass her and mine expectations. He was attentive and took the time to help her settle in and had flowers and a card on arrival for her. She was beyond thrilled with this charming, clean and relaxing Inn. It in fact was the highlight of her trip and birthday. working in the hospitality industry for two decades I appreciate and realize how rare this kind of a place and person is. Do not hesitate when booking at this Inn.
