Contacted TLC for home septic tank service. While they were a month out, that was to be expected. Emilio was the employee who provided the on-site service. He called ahead, showed up when promised, and quickly got to work. He educated me on what he saw & what we should be doing going forward with our septic system. His attitude, knowledge and professionalism is rare these days. I think he is a great ambassador for TLC and I will not hesitate to call them for the next cycle as a direct result of this employee's work ethic.

They pumped my tank, and I asked for a riser to be installed. They were on back order, and was told they would call when back in stock. Checked with them 6 months later they were back in stock. Scheduled it, received the cost and researched and they were about double the national average. $820 for the installation. But thats Bozeman for ya. Also they were kind enough to leave the old cover which I have zero use for. You would think they would include disposable of it for $820, nope.

Great experience with TLC pumping out our residential septic system. Quick turn around from initial call to appointment, the driver called on the way over and did a great job. He answered all of my questions regarding the state of our system and completed the job quickly. Combine all of that with the fact that their price was lower than other companies I called (and available weeks to months earlier) it was a no-brainer.

We have an emergency septic problem. We spoke to Trisha at TLC and she assured us they would come out. We had to wait a day. The day of the appointment we called they confirmed and then they cancelled with without offering to reschedule. NOT PROFESSIONAL -- this is not the company unless you have time to mess around with a septic tank issue. Wish I could do zero stars.
