Off the Cuff Cleaners

I just opened my thick winter jacket that I had given for dry cleaning and was in the plastic cover until now. It had not been cleaned.. just wrapped up. Look at the dirt still on the sleeve. Last time to ever use this place. Jacket does not even smell fresh. Bunch of thieves who do a lousy job.

Dropped off my TWIN WOOL blanket to be cleaned. They charged me $30.00. I wonder if it's even been cleaned since I picked it up in a paper bag totally uncovered. (see picture). All the other blankets were in a plastic zip bag to protect and cover. I actually had to locate my blanket since the clerk was looking for the blanket in a bag. I then had to ask for a plastic bag. They're a rip off. Stay away from OFF THE CUFF, TUMBLE DRY or RLM Investments. Mgr., or owner even care.

Brought in a queen mattress cover. Asked for laundry only as it was just too big for my wash machine and no dry cleaning necessary, just run through the large wash machine.. They charged me $45! AND, they said they gave me a deal!! Talk about a rip-off! They will no longer get my business.
