        Not impressed at all. No one answers the phone or returns calls. Hard to make a payment when nobody answers. I did speak with their accountant and she was nothing but rude, short, and argumentative. I would not recommend this internet provider and would advise people not to waste their time here. I will be looking for a different provider as this has been a hassle for the last couple years I've been with them.

        My internet has been down for almost a month and I cant get anyone to come fix it. Have called many many times to schedule something and no one will get back to me. Im gonna have to change internet providers because they obviously dont care about their customers. Would give 0 star review if I could
