        TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION would not recommend , Ive scheduled appointments twice at this location drove 45+ minutes just to get there and they tell me appointment is cancelled or they cant do my ultrasound, asked if they could at least do blood work since I drove so far and I was turned away TWICE .

        Don't recommend this place. Wish I had read the reviews before I went but I never have any issues with doctor visits so just assumed this would be the same. Just moved here.. went in for a very basic routine annual OB visit to establish a provider and was charged an EXTRA $700 for unnecessary tests. QuestDiagnostics and someone from billing (talked to several) both said this is common for Heartland in Wentzville to do stuff like this to people. So .. be aware if you go here!!! They us a 3rd party (wonder why) to communicate with people so it's very difficult to reach the staff and providers. After several months of back and forth they eventually said they don't have the power to change or do anything so I need to just pay my bill (ok..). I feel scammed. Very tempted to file an AG complaint.

        Do not go here. I had a bad feeling when I walked in and I should've listened. The medical assistant was fine. Dr. Bucy was horrible. She spoke over me, she inserted her religious views into my appointment, she performed a very private exam without informing me and without my consent! I left feeling assaulted and I'm contemplating filing a police report. I will 100% be filing a report with the state medical board.
