I had some shingles blow off the ridge vent. I tried calling the company that installed the roof (allied construction). After 3 day I never got a call back. Another company came, looked at the damage and handed me an estimate for repairs for $1700 saying I needed the entire ridge vent replaced. Then Lucas Stewart from Lucas Construction came and saved the day. Using the shingles that blew off he repaired my roof to perfection!!. Lucas was also perfect in every way. Oct 23 2023 Lucas made it right again. The growing pains didnt stop him from coming back and offering a great service. He personally made it right again and Im happy to have saved my business for them. Oct 16 2023- The review below was when I worked directly with Lucas but this review is from my experience after a recent hail storm where several neighbors require new roofs. This time I only worked with Harry and Brooke. Harry came out the week before last and jumped on the roof. He confirmed we needed a new roof, siding, gutters and downspouts. He didnt mention that 8 feet of roof cap was missing and water has been and would continue to pour into our house. The adjuster found it. The issue was on the opposite side of the house he climbed up on. I reached out to Lucas Construction and spoke with Brooke asking for a list of the findings and for a representative to come out with the adjuster. It was never sent but she said shed send it. She agreed to send someone out at that time and no one showed up. I called, texted and left a message, no response. I think theyre great to work with when theyre isnt a lot of work but when theyre busy the field service, customer service, project management and responsiveness is not the best. I was really looking forward to having an experience like my first but unfortunately that was not the case. Lucas was a life saver. Ive got Statefarm insurance and they were pretty neglectful in protecting our home. There was a 6 foot opening in our roof that they missed because they never came inside to inspect. He saw the issue right away, gave me quote for the repairs and was gone in 40 minutes. Life saver I tell you! Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof inspection

Blown away by the hospitality and general care that LUCAS construction portrays to its consumers. I needed a miracle today and they made it happen. Although this isnt their expertise, they were very willing to help without hesitation; my cat was chased up a tree about 30ft and would not come down even after being left over night. I am aware that cats will eventually come down however the dilemma was my sister just happened to be getting married and we were leaving the state for a week so I couldnt just leave him. I contacted non emergency fire, police, animal control, lineman and construction companies with absolutely no success. On about my 25th phone call I was greeted by a wonderful employee (Brooke), I explained the situation and stated I am just trying to exhaust all options. Without the blink of an eye LUCAS construction offered to send out an employee with a ladder at no charge and we successfully got my cat down just as it was about to storm. Not to mention they showed up early and drove from o Fallon to Wentzville as if it was no big deal. I cant explain the gratitude I have.
