        I am SO greatful I called Tim at STLPlumbing! My sump pump was shooting water all over the basement and I know nothing about such things. Tim came to my home as soon as he finished the job he was doing and after looking at it told me he could fix it in 5 minutes and not to worry about a charge. He has a customer for life and I could not recommend him enough! Quality business owner.

        NOPE..DON'T CALL IF YOU EXPECT HIM TO BE AT YOUR HOUSE AT SCHEDULED TIME. Called Tim for sump pump replacement w/battery back up and replace fitting on hot water heater. Set day and time for repairs. He called 30 min. before appt. to say since it was the Friday after Thanksgiving,his supplier wasn't open. Rescheduled appt. for today at 9:00-9:30. Finally showed up at 11:30. When questioned, he left. NO,NO! 9:30a.m.

        I just met Tim today through a Google search and can't say enough about his honesty and integrity. He could have charged me over $550 (what I was quoted from 2 other plumbers) for a DIY 45 min process that cost me $28.01 (tax included). Tim is now "the family plumber" and has earned a lifetime customer. Thank you Tim for treating me like family! Service: Water heater repair

      We are so sorry for the miscommunication. We had rescheduled your call on your request and then tried to fit your install into a day that didn't go as planned and already had a lot of calls scheduled. You had asked for this day and was informed of the schedule issues that may arise due to the reschedule. The original schedule was for 930AM. The rescheduled call was for 930-1130AM. We had told your husband this information over the phone when we rescheduled you. After the reschedule we had taken back the $2200.00 in parts back to the supplier.
