Kaizen Auto Works

I would recommend Kaizen auto to anyone in the Wentzville area. We were recently put in a tough spot with both of our vehicles going down at once and the big local shop that everyone recommended did a terrible job and drug thier feet at every turn. We finally took it to Kaizen auto and the mechanic there (Chad) took great care of us. He did good work obviously takes pride in doing things right and seemed to actually care about helping us not just another paycheck which was refreshing after other area experiences. Thank you Kaizen auto we will do all of our future car needs with you guys!!

Was great! We had a tire that needed to be patched and he was able to get us in and was really quick and friendly. Very easy to work with, we will be back.

Chad here at Kaizens has been absolutely amazing! He cares about his customers, and has amazing work ethic. He got me in quickly, created an awesome environment for me as I had to sit at the shop and wait for my car, and didnt keep me waiting for long! I would definitely recommend Kaizens if youre needing work done!

Im awful at booking inspections for my vehicle on time. I needed safety & emissions asap, but everywhere I was calling had a 3-4 week wait. I called Kaizen Auto and he was able to get me in the same day! He stopped what he was working on and pulled my car in as soon as I got there. I was out the door in half an hour. He was super friendly - it felt like real small town service. Highly recommend!
