The Webb City Schuber-Mitchell marketing team did a great from the beginning of our initial visit to their office all the way through and beyond our closing there. Every representative we dealt with was professional and considerate. I would absolutely recommend this team to any person or family looking to buy a new home!

We had a few small things that we complained about and my request was responded to quickly and an appointment was made. The guys who came were friendly and did their job well to our satisfaction.

Purchased new home. Have had many service calls needing repair. Scratched floor during build, hole punched in side of house moved wall over 1/2 inch in with a skidsteer, installed sod that had sat on a pallet in 100 degree temperatures for over a week and said it's not sod but soil erosion material not a green lawn, fiberglass showertub combo cracked and soft not stable. SM fixed scratched floor, patched hole in wall and pulled wall back in place. Refused to address dead soil erosion material suggest you include a green live lawn in your purchase agreement.The tub fix proposed is a patch over the bottom of the tub with no guarantee of 100% match to the rest of the tub/shower. A two tone shower/tub versus a one color nondefective one and I'm supposed to be happy with that. Do not recommend a SM purchase. I'm furious that SM has this business model and lack any principles for doing what is right.
