Jacob is an energetic seller's agent. He got onto the job of selling our house immediately and didnt stop until it was sold. We got nearly daily updates. He advised us on what to spend money on and what not to. He took care of everything. When listing we got a lot of offers and sold in a week. We were in good hands. I would recommend.

Jacob is a very meticulous realtor and wants to make sure that all of your concerns are addressed, and some you may not have even thought of. Buying and/or selling a house is very complicated so let Jacob take care of all the paperwork.

I would highly recommend going to Jacob whether you are selling or buying a home. My boyfriend and I were first time home buyers and Jacob was really great. He took time to walk us through the process every step of the way and was very thorough. He was flexible and available any time we needed to talk or had questions.

We have worked with Jacob Stallmann many times and by far is the best realtor around. Jacob is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He is great at communicating and making the process go smoothly. Our house that we thought would take for ever to sell sold within 2 weeks and at fulll asking price!!
