Jack in the Box

Every time I come here the shake machine is broke been that way for months. They will have no customers in the store or in line to order but will leave you at the box for up to 15 minutes before taking your order this is a regular occurrence here. Staff is rude. Place is dirty. Somehow I forget this because the one in union is always on point so I forget what a dumpster fire this place is until Im stuck in a line for 20 minutes with barely a handful of customers that are experiencing the misery with me, at an adequately staffed disaster of a place.

First we ordered 1 jr bacon cheeseburger and a medium curly fry, 2 chicken sandwiches. The lady taking our order in the drive through must have been slow or something because she put 3 jr bacon cheeseburgers and a medium curly fry, we get out food and have 2 bags 2 plain burgers and 2 curly fries. We came back through the drive through because the lobby was closed and there was 4 people standing outside smoking and talking, it took 20 minutes to get it resolved took the food back and gave us a refund. isnt it illegal to take the food back? then they gave me the wrong change when they gave me my refund.

The food was not great, but the service was the absolute best! They had several people call off, so it was just the manager and one guy running the place. They gave fantastic service.
