        Extremely rude hung up on me when trying to get verification of insurance on a customer's car and couldn't believe the way she spoke to me on the phone! Added information: I am a Car Dealer and was inquiring about a vehicle in which was sold on payments which means all of the customers personal information I already have and the question that was being asked of her was to verify whether or not we were in fact the lien holder on an insurance policy and which she got super defensive saying it's against the law to give out personal information which one isnt the information I was requesting I was requesting information about the insurance of a vehicle in which I still legally own not personal information as I deal with insurance companies all the time and this is the first time in over 5 Years I have ever dealt with an insurance Broker who is so rude and misguided
