Thank you Art and Kathy for showing such interest in us as your guests starting w your auto tour just after check-in, walk-about your gardens, garage, and property. Both of our breakfasts were outstandingly prepared, tasted vantastic and served along with Art's poster-board documentaries of local Washington, MO history and visits to neighboring state attractions. Your willingness to spend time with your guests, and your enthusiasm for Washington, MO was refreshing.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this stay. The building itself is historic and adorable, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Its located right in town just a few blocks from all the shops and restaurants. Art and Kathy were such welcoming hosts, and truly offer you the service of a B&B. They provided us great recommendations, a guided tour of town, and even better company! The breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious! Kathys recipes were creative and well-rounded and provided us with extra full tummies! We would definitely stay here again! Especially since Washington has a lot more to do than we thought originally!

We had a great time! Art & Kathy were amazing hosts and made us feel very comfortable. They had fresh coffee outside of our door every morning followed by a delicious breakfast. Art even took us on a personal tour of Downtown Washington which was very helpful as we weren't familiar with the area. We recommend Brick Inn Bed & Breakfast!

Wonderful Hosts! Welcoming, friendly, but give you privacy. Safety: Small town safe feel. Walkability: Close to downtown and riverfront. Bars and restaurants; but far enough away that it was quiet.
