This is no company you want to deal with!!! They will do poor work at best and overcharge you at every turn. They started a septic install on Feb 28th and said they would need to come back to finish the leach field after it dried up. Many text, calls, letters and voicemails its now July 19th and I still have grey water draining into my yard. Wont return my $ or my calls...

Whatever you do... do not use these crooks! 2+ years ago we placed a service call because our septic alarm was going off. The next day two young guys showed up... one was obviously training the other. He said they had to replace a relay which would cost about $75. He worked for about 40 minutes. Then presented me with a bill for over $300. When I asked why the bill was so high... he said I had to pay their travel time from their previous call (which he says was an hour away) and I had to pay for both technicians. I called the office and asked them to explain why I was charged for their travel time from their last job. I don't do their scheduling. I also asked why we had to pay for two technicians when it obviously only needed one. The woman in the office referred me to the owner, Butch. He's a real piece of work. He said he if he feels like sending two guys out he does. He wouldn't work with us at all. Fast forward 2+ years... our alarm went off again so I obviously called a different company. Before they came out I asked them to explain their fees to me up front because we had been burned by a different company before. He said "I bet I know exactly who you're talking about". I was surprised so I asked him who he thought it was. He said B&J Septic. He said they have a terrible reputation. So, please heed this warning. I wish there had been some reviews out there when I first looked up B&J. Also, they have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau.
