Heggeman is the only one I will use for my plumbing problems. They are very efficient, caring, and respectful. They do what is needed and not more.

They did an amazing job restoring my hot water in my shower. Five stars for sure!!!!

They knocked a good size tree over, then left it. It's still there being held up by another tree. They didn't level yard after putting septic and drain field in. Left huge rocks. It looks terrible. Neighbor tripped over it while walking back there. Everyone that sees it comments about how they can't believe a company would leave such a disaster behind. If you read many other reviews, they also have a pattern of giving you an estimate then the final bill ALWAYS being hundreds higher. My review is for my neighbor who is elderly and can't post reviews. We live in Woodridge and believe us, your name is now on the do not use list after screwing this lady over. You should be ashamed

When I tell you Bob did that shampoo bowl install...I mean He did it!!! I am so Blessed to have had Bob as my Technician with Heggemann, Inc. He was professional, efficient, treated me with respect as a small business owner, and you could tell He knew his stuff! I will definitely use this company again. It was worth every penny. Now Bob is my new plumber. Thank you again Bob and thank you Heggemann, Inc. The Looks of V, LLC
