I had been putting off insulating my home, but knew I needed to do something as my home ages and energy costs increase. Shawn and his crew fit me in despite my request being last minute on 11/09/2022. I was not home at the time of the appointment and Shawn sent me pictures as his crew worked on injecting the insulation foam. I was impressed by how well they cleaned up after the job, they even cleaned out my gutters, just because they saw it was needed. The temp on Wednesday, the day of install, was 80 degrees. By Friday, the temp had dropped to below freezing and even colder over the weekend. I did not need to turn on my furnace until Saturday evening. In just a couple of days, the temp inside my home has remained consistent and comfortable (without my furnace constantly running), and the chill in the air that I am used to during fall & winter weather is gone. I also noticed that the sound from cars driving by and kids playing outside is barely heard inside my home which means my dog is barking less. Shawn told me that the insulation foam would reduce noise. Even though I believed him, I was shocked at the results. Between the noise reduction and better control of the temperature in my home, I cannot recommend Gateway RetroFoam enough. Giving them 5 Stars doesnt come close to expressing how satisfied I am with their work.

The owner Shawn and his crew were on time did a great job, explained everything about the product. They cleaned up afterwards, everyone on his crew was very courteous and polite. I stay close to a busy road and train tracks, I Immediately notice a difference in the noise cancellation in my home. I cant wait to see the energy saving. I would recommend Gateway RetroFoam.

Shawn Bruce and his team did an excellent job starting with the initial consult to job completion. Shawn and his crew were professional and courtesy the entire time, did an remarkable job even with clean up. My house now seems balanced in temperature and no room is hotter or colder than the other. I highly recommend you give their services a chance you won't be disappointed.

Shawn and his crew were awesome! Very impressed from start to finish. Shawn came out and provided a great explanation of what the installation process looks like, he brought a sample of the insulation they were going to be installing and had a quote ready for us within minutes. When they came to perform the installation, they were very professional, so courteous, always thanked us for our business. Their whole team. I highly recommend Gateway RetroFoam. Shawn's team showed up right when they said they would, they busted their butts to get it done when they said they would, actually ahead of schedule, and they cleaned up the house and surrounding areas so it looked as though they were never here. We did a thorough walk through to make sure nothing was missed and to ensure we were happy with the work they did. I can't forget to mention the product they're installing. I can already tell a difference in the noise cancellation it provides and I can't wait to see the energy savings we'll see in the cold winter and hot summer months. Shawn was thorough in his inspection of our home, was able identified all the trouble areas, and gave us a very reasonable bid. Communication with the company was great, contacting us when they said they would and timely with responses to our questions. The team was on time, professional, and skilled. They took the time to explain and demonstrate the process, point out problem areas and explain their approach, and took the time to answer/address all of our questions and concerns the day of. Everyone with the organization was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We noticed a difference almost immediately. The product addressed drafty areas and stabilized the temperature throughout our entire home. We have also noticed a reduction in outside noises from within our home. We highly recommend Gateway and their product. Great job!
