Really sad when people don't know what they are talking about, there was no wrong material used when sealing anything, and explained vehicle would need to be flushed again. We also installed customers parts at their request, at the fraction of the price, to help them out. Explained to customer, that if there was a problem, show me or explain to me, the problem with the service we performed. Explained to customer to come see me directly and I would go over with them anything they were dissatisfied with. As for the car being in the worse condition, the intake is no longer leaking and as far as the cameras go, customer could not show any windshield pictures and the pictures we had shows chip in windshield that led to a spread crack due to the weather.
