        What an Awful office. I have been trying to have patience, but 30 days has passed and after a few phone calls and messages left, someone from the headquarters finally informed me what happened. The local office deleted the medical prescription order without ever contacting me about it. No one at the office can pick up the phone. I had the script moved to a different company and that company will ship it immediately. What a horrible experience, no thank you.

        First of all, it would be nice if someone answered the phone. I am no longer ordering supplies. I was told medicare pays for everything. It does pay for my family members. I am being billed regularly. So I no longer use CPAP.
