        My husband and I would have been killed by one of your tow truck drivers a few minutes ago on 35-N, while he had a customers car hooked up on it. He jerked his truck over into our lane, very abruptly, with no turn signaI, no warning and most of all, no space. Glad we're great defensive drivers. I have a picture of the truck and car it was hauling if you are interested in reminding your driver on proper driving skills.

        Its never a super awesome time when you have to get a tow, but Akins took away some of the pain. Ronnie showed up quickly and was very nice, efficient and helpful. Akins is much better than Patriot.
