Chris was the first roofer to answer our call. When they found the shingles were backordered, they went to a local hardware store and bought and delivered an upgraded shingle themselves. Thats the hands on personal treatment we received fron Veterans Touch. They didn't have the fancy brochures others did. They just did the job on time on budget no up selling.

My husband and I had every intention of using Veterans to replace our roof until it came to finalizing the contract. Their contract was vague so we had them add more details as to what exactly we were getting and information about the warranty (which is strange that it is not on there). I was originally told that we would get a 5-year workmanship warranty, but when it came to adding it to the contract we were told they only offer a 2-year warranty (industry standard is 5 - 10 years). This concerned us greatly enough that we decided to not use them. After Chris from Veterans heard the news I got nasty texts. One said, "Thank you for you consideration and for running us around for nothing I hope your house burns down go to hell." Another said, "Go die." Very unprofessional, especially since this is the nature of business. I reported the text to the police just in case something were to happen to our house. Avoid this company at all cost!!!
