If you are looking for an honest company, look no further. I literally had 5 companies come out to look at my garage door and each one said I would have to buy an entire new door because my door was 20+ years old and window inserts couldnt be replaced. Thank goodness I gave Renner a call - I didnt have to shell out 2500 I didnt have for a garage door. It was a simple glass/insert replacement. The rep I spoke with was SO NICE and understanding. Made sure communication and details were clear and got me set up for a repair appointment SO FAST! The service tech was just as nice and helpful! Thank you Renner for being good honest people! I will use you and recommend you to everyone!

Purchased a new home ~2 years ago. They were responsible for the garage door installation. During the frigid weather we had this winter, our garage door was in the middle of rising and the bottom seal fell off and almost hit someone. We called and asked if this is something they cover for warranty and stated this has been a very common problem with the colder weather. However it is not under warranty. If this is a common problem where cold weather can lead to the bottom seal/metal strip falling off, Id suggest changing garage doors you install so its not a common problem, or addressing issues that youre aware could happen.

The Service man was John. He called before he came to tell me he was on the way. He showed up on time. John then very efficiently solved the broken spring problem. He then asked "anything else"? I said there were a couple of issues with my doors, but that was not why I called. John then began to fix a light issue with the door and fixed a button problem that I had with the door. He completed those tasks in a very short period of time, he explained why those problems had gotten to the point of failing and explained how he corrected those problems. John will be the reason I call Renner when my garage door fails in the future. John is a top notch employee and really knows his stuff. In addition John is friendly. I highly recommend Renner Door, and if you get John, you will be very happy. Dan Donnelly
