AK Portable Potty of University City

New ownership, and it shows. They were supposed to clean the units twice a week and restock the soap and toilet paper as needed. Those using the units complained frequently that they were not being cleaned out. I finally requested pictures or to be notified when they were on site, which they never did. We also had to buy our own toilet paper to keep the units stocked. No quality control, follow-up, or follow-through.

I was having a Celebration of Life for my mother and realized the park bathrooms were far from the pavilion. I called Portable Water Closet at 4:45 on Thursday evening and reached Kate, the owner. She was so helpful and efficient, even though I had called at the last minute. I had rented the product and paid easily over the phone. The staff delivered the porta potty and handwash station Saturday morning and it was spotless. Very impressed with customer service and the products. They look more professional and are very clean. We would definitely use this company again, And the owner is detail oriented and helpful.

Our septic went out and I will be honest I was initially grossed out wed have to use a portopotty for 1-2 months. But PWC was amazing! Their PWCs are SO clean and modern it felt like a spare bathroom (albeit outside) they are affordable and clean it thoroughly weekly. Id highly recommend for any event.

Portable Water Closet, is great! I spoke with the owner, who is very nice. She listened to what I needed and found a PWC unit that worked great for our event and budget. The unit was extremely clean and much more pleasing to the eye than what other companies have offered us in the past. PWC is a great service company with a great product. They are now our go-to for all our water closet needs.
