I did a online order and asked for no ice. Both of my drinks were made totally wrong. I had to clock out and go back to the store where one of the workers went back and forth with me about how the drink is supposed to be made. Turns out she was wrong. She didnt apologize nor volunteer to remake my drink. I asked for a refund she told me I can get store credit. She told me to call corporate. The entire staff vibe was off. They need customer service training. I am a loyal customer and today was completely a rude day.

This location is close to my job and I am sorry to say, but their service is horrible unless you are a regular. At any location I visit in the St. Louis area, when they see someone walk through the door, they greet the customer. This has happened on several occasions, and once again I walked through the door and no one including the barista who fixed my order said anything. I spoke to the barista first with a good morning and they said thanks lol. I will no longer be patronizing this location. Today was the last day they are getting any more of my money. If I want Starbucks, I am sticking to the location in my area. Dont waste your time or money and no they werent super busy enough as they were joking with someone who appeared to be a regular. Ive worked in customer service for years and know the value of greeting customers as they walk through the door. They need training on what that looks like and not just greet the customers that look like them, but also the ones that dont.
